: To prevent coronavirus infection, wearing a mask became mandatory in West Bengal. Rajiv Singh, the state's chief secretary, issued a directive in this regard on Sunday. That face can be a mask, maybe a scarf or a towel. Even a piece of cloth or a handkerchief can go on, but it will be like a dirty face.
